Can you please tell me why I am unable to upload photos, videos and use the blog post?

The setting includes only the upload/delete of the profile photo and cover photo.

All the rest of the header's features seems to have been muted or is no longer available for the use of WP members.

However this comment section are equipped with the image and media ....

Do I use this comment section to write posts for the Blog section, promoting some videos and photos related to ENE's eco-educational products for kids?

ENE—acronym defined as: *****EcoProds LLC, a business entity duly registered in Sta. Fe, USA. *****NMJR, an entrepreneurial charity ENTERPRISE duly registered in Manila, Philippines. *****ECOPRODS LTD, a business entity duly registered in London, United Kingdom. All are interrelated entities and function within its respective capacities on virtual information dissemination, starting with the virtual eco-education of children—Humanities Future Environmental Educators. In addition, we encourage volunteers' entrepreneurship by wholesaling or retailing their respective eco-friendly products.
