If your niche has anything to do with internet or affiliate marketing,or home based business,or business opportunities,traffic exchanges are a great place to advertise.
But first I want to talk about squeeze pages,If you don't know what a squeeze page is,let me explain.
A squeeze pages purpose is to get the prospects attention and entice them to opt in to your list,they usually consist of an attention grabbing headline and an opt in box from your auto responder,usually with your picture or a video.

Once you have created your squeeze page,you will need to upload it to your server by using an FTP client,there is a good free one called FILEZILLA,just click on the link below to join for free.
Now lets talk about advertising on traffic exchanges.
As I stated above,squeeze pages are the best way to go as far as traffic exchanges are concerned,let me explain.
Traffic exchanges consist mostly of other marketers surfing to earn credits to have their site seen in the rotation,so squeeze pages are great because most marketers are clicking as fast as they can to earn their credits and moving on to the next site,a squeeze page provides a big attention grabbing headline to get the persons surfing the traffic exchange attention to opt in if interested.
Now you can buy credits instead of surfing,and thats great,but I would reccomend against it until you are making a few dollars to support your credits without going broke before your business gets off the ground.
